How quickly will I receive my order? We usually ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are considered to be placed on the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If we are out of stock on an item that you order, we will contact you immediately with an estimated ship date and give you the option of cancelling the order or waiting until the stock comes in. We usually receive stock within 3-5 days. We send a free piece of jewelry with every back order for the inconvenience.     Back to Questions

Shipping Outside the USA We ship to all 50 U.S. states and all U.S. Territories, as well as APO & FPO addresses. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time, however we will in the near future so please check our website often.     Back to Questions

What types of payment can I use? The types of payment BodySparkle JR. accepts are: Credit Card - We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We use an Address Verification System to help prevent fraudulent internet transactions. You must enter your Bill To Address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. This is very important. If the address you enter does not match the address on your credit card statement, your transaction will be declined and your order will not be processed. We also require that you enter the Card Security Code (also known as CVV2) from your credit card. This is another step we take to help guard against fraudulent internet transactions. The Card Code location varies depending on your type of credit card. The Card Code for Visa, Mastercard and Discover is the last three digits in the string of numbers on the back of your credit card. The Card Code on the American Express Card is four digits long and is on the front of the card. Check/Money Order - You can mail a check or money order to pay for an order. Checks and money orders should be made payable to BodySparkle. Orders paid with a money order ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Money orders can be purchased at most Post Offices, banks and some convenience and department stores. If you do not place your order through our web site, please remember to add shipping charges. If you do not add shipping charges, your payment will be returned to you. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days before the order will ship. When you choose check or money order as method of payment, after you submit your order, you will get an order form that you can print out and mail to us with your payment. We do not accept checks electronically at this time. If you do not have a printer, just write your order out on a piece of paper. Include the order number, your full name, address and telephone number (in case we need to contact you about your order). Please do not send any payments in without any contact or order information, or we will not know what to do with your payment. Please mail payments to: BodySparkle Jr. P.O. Will I be charged sales tax on my order? All order shipping to the state of Florida will be charged Sales Tax when ordering. The state sales tax rate for the state Florida is 6%. Taxes are automatically calculated during checkout and will show in your shopping basket. Orders shipping to all other states are exempt from paying any sales tax.     Back to Questions

Is this a secure site? Is it safe to provide my credit card information on the internet? Yes, ordering online with us is safe and secure. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. Our online system is secured using SSL and our SSL Certificate can be found in the right hand column of every page of our internet store. We use a secure Web server for all credit card transactions to help ensure that purchases you make from our Web site are protected. Many browsers, such as Netscape Navigator, Netscape Communicator, Internet Explorer, use a technology called "Secure Sockets Layer" and can take advantage of the special protection that our Web server offers. This means that your name, address, and credit card number are encrypted (coded) so outsiders cannot read them. You will notice that when you check out of our store, your browser changes in appearance. Netscape Navigator displays a blue line at the top of the window and a key in the lower left corner. Microsoft Internet Explorer displays a closed padlock at the bottom of the window. These changes indicate that when you are checking out, the system has checked our Server ID and verified that we are qualified to accept credit card information online. BodySparkle Jr.'s identity has been verified by GeoTrust, Inc, a third party validation of a website identity. We are authorized to display the TrustLogo on our web site. How do I determine the correct size for a bracelet?Every child is unique, for the most accurate fit, we recommend that you measure your child's wrist and add a 1/2" or 3/4" to the measurement. The following size table is for your gift shopping convenience only: Newborn - 4"   approx 0-6 months) X-Small - 4.5"   (approx 6-12 months) Small - 5"   (approx 12-24 months) Medium - 5.5"   (approx 2-5 years) Large - 6"   (approx 6-8 years) X-Large - 6.5"   (approx 8-12 years)      Back to Questions

What material is used in your jewelry? When you buy Beaded Jewelry from BodySparkle Jr., you can be sure that only the highest quality materials are used. Our letter beads are manufactured in USA of 100% lead free pewter and Sterling Silver. We use both glass and acrylic beads that are manufactured to the highest quality standards. Back to Questions

How should I store my jewelry? To extend the life and beauty of your Beaded Jewelry, especially the Sterling Silver components, please follow these storage tips: Avoid setting your Beaded Jewelry directly onto paper, cardboard, or cotton. These items contain trace elements of sulfur which can cause the Sterling Silver components to tarnish. Store your Beaded Jewelry in a cool, dry place, to avoid oxidation (tarnish). Store your Beaded Jewelry in a tarnish-proof cloth or a soft pouch. Zipper bags are also a good way to store your Beaded Jewelry to avoid oxidation (tarnish). Store each item individually. Do not store your Beaded Jewelry loose in drawers, as scratches could occur if pieces are allowed to rub against each other.      Back to Questions
