BodySparkle Jr. Return Policy

Please send an e-mail to returns@bodysparklejr.com for a return authorization number.

Defective or damaged items, or items returned for any reason, must be reported to BodySparkle Jr. within 10 days of receipt. We guarantee all of our jewelry to be free from manufacturer defects.

All jewelry can be returned by customer within 10 days from date of receipt for credit or exchange.

All items must be unused, unworn, in absolutely brand new condition, and in original packaging to BodySparkle Jr., for refund, store credit or exchange for another item. Pierced Earrings must be returned in original, sealed bag that has not been opened or otherwise tampered with.

We recommend that you obtain a tracking number and/insurance on the package you return to us. We are not responsible for returns that we do not receive.

We do not accept any returns without a Return Authorization Number. Returns sent to us without prior authorization will be refused. Returns not packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail will be refused. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please include your name, order number, items you wish to return, and reason for return. Within 24 hours, you will receive a return authorization number via e-mail. You can also call us at 847-873-5073 and we will send you a return authorization via e-mail.

If you don't receive your return authorization quickly, please check your spam blocker folder.

Instructions for Returns

Please write your return authorization number on the outside of the package you are returning.

Please include a copy of your original Sales Invoice with your returned items and be sure to indicate if you would like a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color or item. If the replacement items cost more than the items you are returning, please indicate that we have permission to charge your credit card for the additional charges.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A $5.99 shipping & handling charge will be incurred on exchanges to cover the cost of shipping the exchanged items. Exchanged items will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, which normaally takes 2-4 days for delivery (from time package leaves our warehouse). We usually process returns within two days of receipt in our warehouse.

When returning items to BodySparkle, please use address below and send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the Post Office address below to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Returned items must be packaged so they will not be damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged in the mail, or for returned packages that we do not receive. Returns must be packaged properly to prevent damage in the mail. Returns not properly packaged to prevent damage will be refused. We recommend that you get a tracking number for your return.
